  • Title II/Transfer V Use of Funds: District Survey SY 2024-2025

Deadline to Submit: February 20, 2026
  • The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requires states and districts to report on the Use of Title II/Transfer V funds. Historically, this survey was issued by the U.S. Department of Education and it helped to gain a better understanding of how school districts are using their Title II/Transfer V funds. For SY 2024-2025, states are tasked with this survey. While district participation is not mandatory, participation is strongly encouraged to provide the state with this important information.

Districts that comingle Title funds do not need to complete this survey.
