Purpose
The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) invites schools or districts to apply for participation in a pilot program supporting the implementation of individualized mathematics learning tools for students in grades 4 through 8. The program must use skill-level screeners and skill-level assessments to identify student needs, track progress across multiple grade levels, and report on learning to improve performance outcomes.
Funding Available
Up to $300,000 will be awarded across selected schools or districts. Funds must be used for student licensing, professional development for teachers, and implementation supports. *Grants may range from $25,000-$100,000.
Pilot Period
School Years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027
Implementation is expected to begin in January 2026.
