Title I, II, and IV Supplemental Funds Survey - Response Required Logo
  • Title I, II, and IV Supplemental Funds Survey - Response Required

    Submission Deadline: November 19, 2025
  • The NDDPI has the opportunity to redistribute additional 2024-2025 funds to LEAs as follows:

Funding Program Amount of 2024-2025 Funds Rationale
    Title I $631,644.00 Reallocated Title I Funding
Title II $2,035.00 Revised SEA Allocation
Title IV $42,289.00 Revised SEA Allocation

The allocation process requires the NDDPI to distribute the funds using the allocation formula associated with the allocation year. It is important to note that these 2024-2025 funds have a project end date of September 30, 2026.

This chart outlines each district’s share of the supplemental amounts for Title I, Title II and Title IV. The NDDPI has created this survey for each LEA to record their intent to accept or decline these supplemental funds.

If the district intends to accept these funds, please note the following implications:

    • Funding is associated with all 2024-2025 grant programs. If the district’s grant has been closed, the grant will be re-opened within the WebGrants system.
    • Sign/Approve a 2024-2025 Supplemental Grant Award (GAN) in WebGrants.
    • Funding is placed in unobligated and will require a contract amendment to budget/seek approval of these unobligated funds. Review the steps for Creating a Contract Amendment in WebGrants. Funding cannot be spent from the unobligated line.
    • Track and claim these funds from established 2024-2025 funding (source code 2024).
    • LEAs that participate in Schoolwide Comingling or Transfer Flexibility will see funds in their associated grants.

Program and set-aside requirements are applicable no matter the total allocation, including:

    • Nonpublic equitable services
    • Parent/family engagement
    • Neglected and delinquent

Responses must be submitted by November 19, 2025. Any district not responding through the survey prior to this date indicates their portion of funding is relinquished.
