This form is for public accounting firms who conduct local government audits within North Dakota under the purview of the North Dakota State Auditor's Office. This registration is required per N.D.C.C. 54-10-14(4). Accepted registrations by the State Auditor's Office does not necessarily mean the State Auditor's Office endorses the work done by any private accounting firm. When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
Please acknowledge that your firm has a GAO YellowBook required Peer Review from the last three years completed and on file.
